概述 General
Blokset低壓開關(guān)柜是施耐德電氣針對中國市場推出的高端柜型,可以應(yīng)用于所有需要高可靠性的低壓系統(tǒng);電氣配電系統(tǒng)和電動控制系統(tǒng),廣泛應(yīng)用于工礦企業(yè),高層建筑,市政建設(shè)等各種低壓系統(tǒng);產(chǎn)品符合GB7251.1、GB/T23359、JB/T9661等相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)‘
Blokset low-voltage switchgear is a high- end switchgear produced by Schneider Electric for Chinese market, which is applicable forall low-voltage system requiring high reliability: electrical power distribution system and electric control system, and is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, municipal construction and various low-voltage system; the product meets GB7251.1, GB/T23359, JB/T9661 and relevant standards.
結(jié)構(gòu)說明 Structure Description
1、全面性:是一個集成施耐德電氣開關(guān)元件的完整系統(tǒng),其保護(hù)設(shè)備都是按最優(yōu)化的協(xié)調(diào)配合而進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的;
2、可靠性:依照國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)( TTA)設(shè)計(jì)和試驗(yàn);
3、模塊化:由標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化預(yù)制元件組成,可以快速制造,易于修改和節(jié)約成本;
4、智能化:可將包含高級保護(hù)和通信功能的元件集成到設(shè)備中,用于配電和馬達(dá)保護(hù)。
1. Comprehensiveness: It is a complete system integrating Schneider electrical switch element; and its protection equipment is designed as per the optimized coordination and cooperation;

主要特點(diǎn) Main Features
1、開關(guān)柜為抽屜式結(jié)構(gòu)和固定分隔式或不分隔式結(jié)構(gòu)。每柜有效安裝高度為40個模數(shù),每個模數(shù)高50mm。抽屜柜主母線:單層占據(jù)6個模數(shù),雙層占據(jù)10個模數(shù);其它柜主母線:單層占據(jù)4個模數(shù),雙層占據(jù)8個模數(shù),其余為開關(guān)功能單元占據(jù)的有效安裝模數(shù)。
2、具有模塊化的多功能系列,分為: a)配電柜(D型) b)功率因數(shù)補(bǔ)償柜(DC型) c)電動機(jī)控制中心柜(固定式Mf型) d)電動機(jī)控制中心柜(抽屜式MW型)e)變頻器和軟啟動柜( MS型)。
3、柜體頂部帶有壓力釋放裝置,防止因電氣故障造成的意外傷害。
4、柜體由基本框架和擴(kuò)展框架組合而成,基本框架又由標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)制構(gòu)件組裝而成,這些構(gòu)件有多種規(guī)格,高低壓成套開關(guān)柜可以組裝成不同尺寸的框架?;究蚣芎蛿U(kuò)展框架通過組合,又可以構(gòu)成多種深度和寬度的開關(guān)柜。
5、開關(guān)元件的安裝方式有固定式、插入式、抽屜式。功能單元中抽屜高度規(guī)格有: 150mm、 300mm、450mm、600mm、750mm。將所需的開關(guān)元件安裝在開關(guān)柜的一個抽屜中,可以保證快速可靠的維護(hù)和維修。
6、插入式開關(guān)及其它元件可安裝在一個固定間隔單元內(nèi),可根據(jù)開關(guān)及其它元件的大小選擇不同高度的固定間隔,一般有150mm. 300mm、450mm、600mm等幾種高度。不同間隔之間完全獨(dú)立,安全可靠。
7、柜體防護(hù)等級為IP20~IP54。
1. Switchgear is in the structure of drawer model and fixed divided and un-divided structure. Effective installation height of each switchgear is 40 modules with the height of each module being 50mm. Main bus of drawer switchgear: Single-layer and double-layer respectively occupy 6 and 10 modules; Main bus of other switchgear: Single-layer and double-layer respectively occupy 4 and 8 modules; and the others are effective installation modules occupied by switch function units.
2. Multi-function series with modularization are divided into: a) Power distribution cabinet (type D); b) Power factor compensation cabinet (type DC); c) Motor control center cabinet (fixed type Mf); d) Motor control center cabinet (drawer type MW); e) Frequency converter and soft start cabinet (type MS).
3. Pressure-relief device is equipped on the top of switchgear to prevent accidental injury caused by electrical fault.
4. Switchgear is composed of basic frame and extended frame; the basic frame is composed of standard prefabricated component in various specifications and can compose frame in different dimensions. Through combination, basic frame and extended frame can compose switchgear in different depth and width.
5. Switch elements can be installed in fixed, inserted and drawer modes. Drawer height specifications in the function unit include:150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm and 750mm. Installing all the required switch elements in one drawer of the switchgear can ensure rapid and reliable maintenance and repair.
6. Inserted switch and other elements can install in a fixed interval unit, the height of which can be selected according to the size of switch and other elements (optional heights include 150mm, 300mm, 450mm and 600mm). Different interval units are completely inde-pendent, being safe and reliable.
7. Switchgear protection grade is IP20-IP54.
